Shruti Bhalla is a visual artist and art educator based in New Delhi whose creative practice is deeply rooted in mindfulness, observation, and a profound appreciation for nature. Holding a Master’s degree in Fine Arts, her artistic journey began during her school years, when art became an instinctive source of joy, self-expression, and inner balance. Over time, this personal connection evolved into a lifelong pursuit that continues to shape both her professional and creative identity.
Teaching art during her college years played a significant role in her development as an artist. The exchange of ideas, learning, and creativity with her students enriched her perspective and strengthened her commitment to artistic exploration. This dialogue between teaching and creating remains an important influence on her work.
Shruti’s artistic practice centers on floral compositions and intricate line art, expressed through pen and ink, watercolor, acrylics, and mixed media. Her process is meditative and intuitive, using repetition, rhythm, and delicate detailing to explore themes of growth, transformation, and emotional balance. Inspired by nature’s quiet resilience, she creates works that invite reflection and contemplation while celebrating harmony and interconnectedness.
Shruti’s work resonates with the exploration of stillness, self-awareness, and the journey inward, offering viewers a space for quiet reflection and connection.
